Employment at BMT:
At Bedford Machine & Tool, Inc., we value the skills our employees have. With technology constantly changing, each employee should strive to better themselves and their knowledge in their selected field. Because of this, we have partnered with Ivy Tech to provide classroom training held primarily at our facility. This is training granted through an apprenticeship program registered with the Department of Labor Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training. Each apprentice, upon completion of required classroom and on-the-job training criteria will receive a journeyman’s card for their field in addition to an associate’s degree, in most instances. Employees must qualify to enter the program.
