Layout Welder/Fabricator

Requirements for the position includes:

  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Welding utilizing MIG, TIG, and Stick
  • Cutting utilizing Air Arc, Plasma, and Oxy-Acetylene
  • Equipment utilizing overhead cranes/hoists, fork trucks, hydraulic presses, press brake, and shear
  • Measure using calipers, tape measure, both English and Metric values
  • Accurately understand requirements, understand most symbols and notes
  • Understands most welding symbols, understands how to setup/layout

Entry Level CNC Operator (all shifts)

Requirements for positions include:

  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Measure using micrometers, calipers, height gages, and scale
  • Ability to select, align, and secure cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as CNC Vertical/Horizontal mills, lathes, and grinders.
  • Experience in operating horizontal mills
  • Ability to use overhead cranes
  • Ability to use fork lifts

Maintenance Technician (all shifts)

Requirements for positions include:

  • Basic electrical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting
  • Pneumatic print reading
  • Electrical code understanding to ensure repairs are safe and adequate
  • Willingness to travel as required for machine removal/installations
  • Willingness to repair and install equipment in all types of situations
  • Ability to safely operate cranes, fork trucks, hoists, and vehicles

Die Maintenance Technician (all shifts)

Requirements for positions include:

  • Can study specifications such as blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions, and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to repair or manufacture parts.
  • Computes dimensions, plans layout, and determines assembly method and sequence of operations
  • Handwork surfaces with power grinders to fit parts together for assembly and removed weld from casting surface
  • Measures, marks, and scribes metal stick for machining
  • Using overhead cranes, lifts machined parts to secure them on worktable for inspection, handwork, and assembly
  • Connects hydraulic lines to install hydraulic components
  • Examines standard or previously used dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures to recommend design modifications regarding construction and function of the part.
